If people are to pay reparations for their carbon footprint, it should be based on them personally (Private Jet, Mansions, etc vs my walking, biking, riding buses) and on their general wealth (like Kerry who never saw a rich woman he didn't want to marry for her money).

So, someone like him compared to so many on Opp. Our carbon footprint is say (X). His is at least (1000X). Our income and wealth is, lets say $100,000. His is lets say $1,000,000,000. Remember, income AND wealth. Now we pay our fair percentage times 100,000X. That asshole pays 1,000,000,000,000X, or about a million times more then us. If we have to pay say $500, that Ass Hole has to pay $500,000,000. And any government official who abuses his position to create excessive carbon foot prints should get his share doubled. So, lets make it $1billion for that asshole and we pay $500. Of course some of us might be less and his should be more.
