I keep getting into it with our resident Gay Catholic. He argues that LGBTQ are just standing around bothering nobody, when for no good reason, they are viciously attacked by right wing Christians. He gave examples of mass shootings against gays, but I shot down his examples, as Christians had nothing to do with those incidents.

The Biden Administration's policies of trying to force religious people to go against their beliefs, is proof the LGBTQ crowd is not just a standing around bothering nobody.

They are using Joe Biden's Imperial power to force their beliefs on others. At least the Courts are enforcing the law for a change.

If they are standing around not bothering anybody then why do we have all these issues? And yes they are bothering people. Transgender men playing in female sports. Transgenders wanting to use whatever bathroom they decide they are gender wise that day. Forcing their trans ideals with demands that they be treated equally~~ no problem, live their life, just don’t try forcing others to change their own feelings just to placate them.Respect is earned not demanded. Who’s business is it anyway if a person is heterosexual, gay, trans, binary etc. etc. etc. Candidly I’m so sick of all these made up terms justifying a specific group with some new title it’s ridiculous!
People are freaking people. How they choose to live their life is nobody’s business but their own until they make it everyone else’s business! That’s on them not us!

They do need therapy and some go for years of therapy along with the surgical intervention only to wind up committing suicide in the end. Why? Most obvious~~ you can change the appearance of the body but you can’t change the mind and hormones etc. that you are born with.. You can look in the mirror at the “new body” but your mind knows your still a man/woman and they are still not satisfied or feel “ accepted.”

Shortly before the SC forced homosexual marriage on the country, religious leaders were concerned that they would be targeted. The homosexual activists feigned outrage...claiming they would NEVER even think of doing such a thing. But when the SC ruled, homosexuals started doing exactly what they said they wouldn't. A number of Christian businesses were targeted...referrals to another business were not accepted/lawsuits were filed...and even when homosexuals lose, they just sue again/again.

I know someone who works in an ER. They get these irrational people coming in who are either bipolar or on drugs. Their mental problems are off the charts, but instead of wanting to deal with their underlying troubles, all they care about is that you address them with their identified pronoun. God forbid you call John by his birth name, when he identifies as Jane.

A good many of these non binary trans what evers are ticking suicidal time bombs who go off randomly. I have known a couple people with severe mental problems who transitioned, because they were convinced it would solve their troubles. I was told by people who should have known better, that I had better recognize their new identities, and I refused. Eventually when the fad wore off they went back to their original genders and everyone pretends nothing ever happened.

I can’t understand why they lose their minds if we somehow misgender them, but if they identify by feelings and not biologically they’ve already misgendered themselves.

From what I’ve read trans that transition have a higher suicide rate because even after all they went thru transitioning they still did not identify fully and were still upset with themself.. You can change the body but you can not erase the mind or hormonal changes totally and they still know they were male/female before and still face rejection. A no win situation…

Which plays a roll within their own psyche.. They believe themselves misgendered to begin with and try as they might that thought never leaves their mind or thought process.. within their OWN psyche yet its everyone else's fault..

The thing is, there are millions of people with all kinds of different problems. A lot of those problems are not being solved or dealt with properly by the medical community for all kinds of reasons, primarily economic. Then along come the transgender con men and con women who have sold the concept to the medical establishment that the root causes for a lot of these troubles is misgendering.

I don't know. Maybe for a small minority that is the answer, but this transgender sales force has over sold their product and their best market is minors.
