I don't agree or disagree. However, if I were Putin and invasion of Ukraine was something I wanted to consider, I would certainly feel much more free to make moves under Biden than under Trump. Even though most assessments would agree with that, there is really no way we will ever know the truth. Biden isn't really the kind of guy who strikes fear into the hearts of his adversaries.
