I guess this is why the U.S. spends 778 billion dollars on defense. Projects that the military does not want or need, and projects that cost millions or billions and still do not work properly.

That's right - except the issue is not with the military or defense - it is the congress critters.

Report: Record 14.45M illegal immigrants in US, cost $133.7B in 2021 and we get nothing for it.

We get nothing for that 133 billion, No defense for our country, men giving their lives to save yours, best defense systems in the world, anti-missile systems with early warning technology, safe protective gear for our military service men, ect.

It's time to first cut off all spending on illegals and then rounding them up and shipping them home. Ike did it in the 50's we can do it again. To make it easier I would first announce that prior to sending them home they will be sterilized. I think most will head for the border on their own.

I am concerned about the global economy. With China now as the leading country, they along with few others are trying to replace the dollar currency as the world's monetary currency. It is now happening. Eventually if we don't watch this Chinese rapid economic expansion, our dollar will be rendered valueless on the global currency.

Please be aware. We need a very strong leader to understand the rapid economic changes and development that has treacherously undermined our own economic status.

We are in the twilight days of the American Empire. Empires do not disappear in one day but take some years to fall so those of us in our eighties will be able to watch the fall but will not be around to live the lesser life after the fall. I am sorry for my grandkids and great-grandkids.

That's what I am fighting for. We must not keep silent about this. It is the future of America, and the future of our families left behind. We must do our best to save this freedom God had asked us to carry. It was a gift. Please we must not lose it.

Great info. The communists go by kickbacks as to what they spend from the taxpayers’ pockets.

If you look at the civilizations of the past you will see that when they began to leave their God they went into decline. It is very apparent that America has forsaken or at least put God in a lesser place in the lives of many citizens. The dollar is much more important than the eternal life of many individuals today.

Me, too. I am 83 and live in sadness as I watch my country go down the drain. I watch our leaders along with the many foreign non-citizens in our country a.ong with the many groups/organizations supporting no borders and unfettered immigration into the USA along with great access to the rights and benefits meant only for American citizens but at the horrendous expense of those same American taxpayers. No nation can survive with the addition annually, for decades, of greedy, self-entitled, economic opportunist strangers who, mostly, have no intentions of assimilating in any way in our society. That path leads only to the death of that nation, its society, culture, customs, beliefs, its very foundations. And we see this happening daily as our federal government goes along merrily spending our nation into total collapse and failure ready for takeover by our enemies. Yes, I, too, feel great sorry for my future great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, etc. But, I am also glad to be old and know that I will not be here to see the end of America. I do so wish, though, that I could count on those behind this deliberate destruction of America and western nations receiving the punishment they so richly deserve. And I, most certainly, include the millions of weak, cowardly, selfish, Americans that have done their part in this destruction quite well. Sadly, it will not be any of these culprits that suffer in the end, just those they leave behind.

Perhaps the military (and probably most other parts of the government) does not want or need the spending but members of congress certainly want it in their states and districts.
