Fetterman’s deficiencies obviously didn’t negatively impact his electability and they’ll be even less visible to the public when he’s in Washington. He’ll be nothing but a quiet observer who will vote yes on every Biden proposal.

Some people fully recover from stroke. But in most cases, people who have had strokes - even mild TIA's - are more susceptible to stroke in the future. My father-in-law had four strokes before the final one was massive enough (and he had become weak enough) for it to end his life.
