Before you even consider thinking about posting on a three year old level you should take a good, hard look at your own plethora of grammatical shortcomings.
For instance, this last almost continuous mistake festival....
Compared is capitalized, as is Doctor. Period after Doctor. Snake Oil Salesman is used as a proper noun and should be capitalized, and "salesman" is only one word. Comma after "Salesman;" and only one space before Fetterman.
Next sentence: Sentences are ended with a period. Comma after again. Sailor is capitalized. Period after Christ. Comma after level, and period after lol.
That comes to twelve really stupid mistakes in four sentences. Tell us more about posting like a three year old.

There is no need to capitalize your entire first sentence. It is an artifice of the semi-literate who lack the vocabulary to make their point. Period after Trump. First word of the next sentence should be capitalized. "Intelligent," NOT "intelligence," Shakespeare. Comma after once, period after lol. Once more, the first word of a sentence is always capitalized. "Comes," not "came."
Speaking of butts, you should get your head out of yours and re-enroll in fourth grade grammar, to avoid embarrassing yourself any further.
