after reding the article the bottom 50% still paid taxes not at zero 3.5% according to your article it also said the some of the cuts were not permanent while the 1% were permanent. so spin it any way you want it is not zero

Where did I say it was zero? Copy and paste the post where I said zero or retract your statement. I’m not spinning anything. I’m presenting data to debunk the previous poster’s inaccurate opinion and statements.
