The things Republicans fail to say about Hillary's emails. Before her election she lost, she handed over a server to the FBI.
She asked if she could erase her private emails, like the ones she sent to Chelsea. They said it was OK. Also when Trump was in power, he didn't ask the FBI to seize her servers. When you erase emails, they actually stay on the server untill they are overwritten.
So if Trump actually wanted them, he could have gotten most of them- provided he could get a judge to sign a warrant.

He's not going to get indicted in the Democrats knew that they thought that they were going to be able to have an October surprise where nobody would vote for the Republicans but what they're finding out that everybody is lining up in droves to vote them out though

Go back and reread what I wrote their bad Bob! I said he's not going to be indicted because he didn't do anything wrong not one thing did he do wrong! All documents that presidents hold in their hands are classified until they declassify them right right that's what I thought! That means he has the power to classify and declassify anything he wants and there's already been a Supreme Court case in 1987 to prove this! So good luck with your Witch Hunt cuz that's all it is you thought this was going to be in October surprise to overturn the midterms but it's not because most of America is against y'all for doing that shit! Now that the shoe is going to be on the other foot since since we're going to be controlling both houses now we can actually find indictments for what the Democrats did to Trump.
