SOURCE: Feds to Bring in Riot Squad Against Illegal Immigration Protesters

Immigration Protest Gets Heated in California

HOUSTON, Texas--As illegal immigrants continue to spill across the U.S.-Mexico border, federal authorities are attempting to relocate the migrants from South Texas to housing facilities in states across the nation. One such facility is located in Murrieta, California, where a large group of protesters recently blocked a bus full of migrants from arriving. The protesters remain there, adamant that illegal immigrants don't get dumped in their town. But soon the concerned citizens may be forced to step down--Breitbart Texas has learned that federal agents plan to arrive in Murrieta on Monday with riot gear to ensure that another busload makes it to the housing facility.

Jeremy Oliver, a resident of Temecula, California--a town that neighbors Murrieta--told Breitbart Texas that local police officers warned the protesters that "it's going to get ugly."

Oliver said, "The feds are pissed that they haven't been able to use this facility. Officers out there warned people that federal agents will be in Murrieta on Monday--they are going to get the next bus through no matter what. Riot gear and shields will be used to push the crowd back."

John Henry, a Murrieta resident since 1991, was told the same thing by local officers.

"We're being told that federal Marshals or ICE will be here in the next few days and that they are bringing riot gear," Henry said. "They're apparently going to be blocking off the street with concrete blockades so that no vehicles can get through. The River County Sheriff's Department showed up last night and brought a huge watch tower that shoots up into the air 35 feet."

On Friday, six protesters were arrested in Murrieta. One was apprehended for crossing "the yellow tape that blocked protesters from the Border Patrol station entrance," according to USA Today.

Henry expressed frustration at the fact that the illegal immigrants are being "rewarded" for breaking the law--after illegally crossing the border, they receive a slew of taxpayer subsidized benefits like housing, food, education, vocational training, and legal counsel. Most are then released onto U.S. soil.

When U.S. citizens break the law, on the other hand, they pay the price. "If any one of us were to roll through a stop sign, we'd be pulled over and ticketed," Henry noted.

On June 4th Breitbart Texas' Managing Director Brandon Darby broke the news that U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) would be relocating illegal immigrants from Texas to California. Within moments of that story being published, the official Twitter account of the San Diego CBP tweeted at Darby, insisting the report was “erroneous” and asking for it to be removed from the internet.

Days later the San Diego CBP deleted the tweet from their official account. Subsequent reports, outlining plans to fly immigrants to Southern California, proved CBP had indeed planned the relocation all along.

It is unclear how the border crisis will be handled moving forward, especially given that many U.S. citizens oppose the migrants being shipped by the hundreds to their communities.

Amen! It's got to stop somewhere, and now is the best time!
What type of country will there be for yours and mine grandchildren if illegal immigration doesn't stop!!

Many many Americans died in the Founding of this Country towards Independence, the abolishment of slavery, in wars on foreign lands. We have spilled our blood for other Countries Freedom, Afgan. and Iraq..
Other Countries can bring themselves through their own revolutions now.
Do you want illegal Syrians here in America? They screamed and ranted cheers as our Twin Towers came down!
How does anyone know if it isn't ISIS disguised as poor tired immigrants?
Oh, lord help us...............

Where do they find Americans who are willing to don riot gear and confront other unarmed Americans and shoot them down in the streets? Is this Hitler's Germany all over again?

Every immigrant brought into a state by the DHS should be fined by the states $3,000.00 by the laws of this country.
Sec. 273. [8 U.S.C. 1323]
"It is unlawful for any person to bring aliens into the United States. Fine: $3,000 for each alien (Sec. 273. [8 U.S.C. 1323]) "
These states should be suing Jeh Charles Johnson (Head of DHS) same as Sibilius is being sued for Obama Care.

I think we are very close to the excuse Obama is looking for to declare Martial Law. Let him declare it because if that is what he actually wants, then he may get more than he bargained for. We American are sick and tired of the way our country is being destroyed by this Muslim Terrorist and they may meet with more resistance than they bargained for. The People are armed and will use whatever force equally to whatever is used against us. What a shame but something has to be done. He can not be allowed to continue to destroy our country by sitting on his ass in DC playing golf every day and flying around on an endless vacation at our expense and expect his little dirty brown shirts to do his dirty work. It is about time to put an end to this tyrant and take our government back as our forefathers said we would have to do.

Its coming.
'National security' in the accepted sense of protecting citizens has been of scant regard in US policy formation since its earliest days. Rather, an enemy is hoisted and a defensive stance promoted to ensure leaders atop a national security state hold on to power. As policy makers play roulette with the fate of the species, this century could yet prove our most fateful. - Noam Chomsky (Jul 3, '14)

Timeline: How The Obama Administration Bypassed Congress To Dismantle Immigration Enforcement

This is a timeline on his Immigration and Border Enforcement since Obama had begun his ruling of this country by fiat (day one of his administration):

Unfortunately the house and senate are just as corrupt as the WH.
The difference is the exe branch has the NSA to gather all their sins and pull them out of the closet when needed.

Conservative Leaders Play Useful Idiots: Only Willing to Uphold Constitutional Impeachment if “American People are Desirous of it”

Many have said that the House of Representatives will not impeach Obama because of the 1998 impeachment fiasco over then President Bill Clinton lying under oath about his affair with White House intern Monica Lewinsky. Speaking on impeachment as it concerns the current occupant of the Oval Office, Republican National Committee Chairman Michael Steele stated, "I don't see the passion for it, quite honestly. It obscures the issues we want to talk about. I don't think Speaker Boehner or (Senate Minority Leader Mitch) McConnell want to dance on that pin. People remember 1998."

Even some tea party leaders are calling impeachment talk an "unwanted distraction." Sal Russo, a co-founder of Tea Party Express, has said, "You have to think we learned a lesson from Clinton's impeachment. To do it, you have to have public support for it, and I don't think that's present. I don't see it [talking about impeachment] as an issue today."

Rush Limbaugh, conservative talk show radio host, agrees with Russo and Steele. Even though Limbaugh believes Obama has committed violations against the Constitution, he doesn't believe the public "has an appetite for impeachment." In a recent statement, Limbaugh maintained, "Without that, it's a waste of time, if you don't have the political will. Meaning, if the Republican Party doesn't have the gonads, and if the American people are not desirous of it, then it's just whistling into the wind."

So, according to these two "leaders" of parties and one conservative talk show host, the American people have to have the "desire" to enforce the law of the land before the law of the land can be enforced or it's considered an "unwanted distraction" or "just whistling into the wind." Funny thing is there is nowhere in the oath of office that says a member will "uphold, protect and defend the Constitution only when the people are desirous of it."

Democrats, riding on the 1998 failed impeachment of Bill Clinton, believe an "Obama impeachment would be bad for the country and good for the party."

Chris Lehane, a Democratic Party strategist, who worked in the White House under Clinton, imparted this tidbit; "From the Republican perspective, it may be good politics in their primaries, but it would also be helpful to Democrats in midterm elections to bump up Democratic turnout. It would be the GOP 'Thelma and Louise' approach: Let's get in the car and drive off the cliff."

It seems both Democrats and Republicans look at impeachment as "political maneuvers" to gain Congressional seats instead of impeachment being a remedy for a lawless, out of control executive branch that violates the law of the land and other laws of our nation.

Bill Clinton was impeached for lying under oath about his activities with White House intern Monica Lewinsky. Lying under oath constitutes perjury, which is punishable by law – well it is for the average American. However, then President Clinton was given "a pass" on perjury which established a precedent for future presidents, along with government agency personnel, to commit perjury with impunity. Anyone else that lies under oath is subjected to perjury charges not to mention what happens if you lie to the police these days.

No one really cared what Bill Clinton did with Monica Lewinsky, how often it was or where it happened. What America expected from a president was honesty and truthfulness when answering questions under oath. America didn't get the truth from Clinton, but perjury. However, America was willing to "overlook" that character flaw because it was deemed a "political stunt." Maybe it was. The fact remains that "Slick Willy" committed a crime and according to the law, impeachment was the appropriate remedy.

The President of the United States, in addition to the eligibility requirements to hold office, should possess qualities of honesty, truthfulness, integrity, impartiality, fairness, respect for the law and dignity. In today's society, one would be hard pressed to find an individual seeking public office to have high moral character. But, because the office is the highest held elected position in our country, America should expect its president to have that high moral quality to avoid the possibility of coercion, blackmail or undue influence that could be detrimental to the country. The case in point is the current man occupying the Oval Office.

It has been reported that South Dakota's Republican Party has passed a resolution calling for the impeachment of Obama for violations of his oath of office in many ways. Former Rep. Allen West (R-FL) has expressed support for Obama's impeachment on his website and Rep. Steve Stockman (R-TX) handed out the book, "Impeachable Offenses: The Case For Removing Barack Obama From Office" by Aaron Klein and Brenda Elliot, to members of the House last year. Andrew McCarthy has offered a template for removing Obama from office in his book "Faithless Execution: Building the Case for Obama's Impeachment."

The news media and some members of Congress accuse "the far political right" as the only sect urging for the impeachment of Obama. Based on Obama's actions, documented in the media and elsewhere, there have been clear violations of his oath of office, criminal activity and over-reach in violation of the law of the land. Should not everyone be calling for accountability when violations of the law occur? News organizations and leftist liberals label conservatives and "the far political right" as being against government and supportive of anarchy. However, when a government fails to follow the law and that action is supported by a sycophantic portion of the public, how is that not considered anarchy?

Here is the WH 's solution.
"The Washington Post reports that The White House will request $3.8 billion from Congress in emergency funding to deal with an influx of unaccompanied minors from Central America. Funds would be allocated to send more immigration judges to the southern border, build additional detention facilities and add border patrol agents, to help stem the recent surge of women and children from El Salvador, Guatemala and Honduras."
I say we take it out of the Obama Care and IRS budget.

I say we don't take it out of anywhere. They don't get one dime until the border is secured with the current funding. Not one dime, if he tries to fund it anyway, make it come out of the Executive Branch budget which doesn't get one dime more. We have to hold the line, if he closes down the government, GOOD, we don't need most of it anyway.
