Often an honest question, especially ones they don't want to answer results in an attack that is completely unrelated such as, what about Benghazi, or Hunter Biden, or Hillary's taking classified documents.

No, dems need to refuse to debate, and do their own campaigning or get an interview to talk about their platform issues, they won't get a chance to do that arguing with someone who is retarded...too often it makes the person look like a retard for going there in the first place.

If a Dem candidate can't handle a question dodging, Iight on info, gas bag in a MAGA hat he shouldn't be a candidate. It has been the repugs that have dodged debates because they usually look terrible in them. They are ducking them this time because they don't know how to handle the question, "do you believe that Joe Biden is the duly elected President of the United States?" They can't answer without either looking like a total lying fool or pissing off the big orange oaf with the dead squirrel on his head. A debate is the only venue where a Dem can ask a repug a question and can then ask a follow up. Missing that opportunity is a big mistake.

Republicans have already refused to debate last April. You really need to stick your head outside of the cave more often. They are tired of having someone tell them that they are lying after having made a passionate plea based on lies that they were trying to sell.

Fat Donny the Loser managed to loot the treasury for the benefit of those who don't pay taxes anyway, stole children from their parents with no intention of returning them, tried to extort the president of Ukraine and on and on. He did manage to do a number of things to stop human trafficking but it was not approved by Matt Gaetz. He takes a lot of credit for signing bills but signing bills into law is unavoidable and requires no knowledge of what is in the bill if you're Fat Donny. He takes credit, too, for the things that he inherited. This includes an economy that had posted a gain for the previous 72 months, a record, that came to an end under his infestation of the White House.
So the Dems are more than happy to debate the right wingers but the right wingers prefer to hide under the bed for fear of being asked a question that might require them to either lie or disagree with the almighty Fat Boy. By the way, there is no open border but we'll not hear any discussion of it because the repugs won't be present. This will also allow them to continue lying to themselves about the outcome of the 2020 election without having to explain their delusion. Maybe they could debate if they are allowed to submit a "DO NOT ASK" list of possible questions. Whadda ya think about that?

No Demorat could answer why American households lost $$$$6.1 trillion in household income in the 2nd quarter alone while Slo joe is an illegal President or why 2/3rds of Americans are now living paycheck to paycheck.
