So much for “Let the states decide.” Senator Lindsey Graham has unveiled his proposed nationwide abortion ban, which would outlaw the procedure after 15 weeks, with certain exceptions.

“I think we should have a law on the books that says, no abortion on demand except in cases of rape, incest, to save the life of the mother, and that should be where America’s at,” Graham said as he unveiled the legislation in the Capitol.

Not everyone is as possed with killing the innocent as you are. One cannot get more low and pathetic than pinning hopes of winning on murdering the most innocent life. Do not say it is not a life because the federal code says they are.

15 weeks for the whole country is an improvement for many states that are trying to end it entirely, hell 15 weeks with some exceptions is worth looking at.

As much as I am against abortion, some moderate law would be more reasonable then the abortion at any time demands of the baby killers. And the opposite side or absolute never will never work in America. It is to devisive and will rally radical idiots killers without end.

So I would suggest that the rape and incest and saving the 'real' life of the Mother be recognized. Then set a limit of 'just I don't want it', abortions to be limited to 8 weeks. Damn it woman, make up your mind. Then throw in a minimum of alternatives for the individual states like 10 or 20 % ranges on the times. Also allow the states to demand ultra sounds and counseling for and against by reasonable counselors, with options for life presented with State help to save a life.

We need unanimity among all Senators, to get State cooperation. It is still their right, and any law would be challenged and overturned without it.

We have more important issues to vote on, then another election based solely on abortion fanatics, pro and con.
