Trump can’t magically declassify documents.
Obama does not have control over any documents. The archivists moved the documents to Chicago where they are working on digitizing them.
Clintons e mail was safer than the state department server, since she was not hacked. Any classified information was sent to her by others and usually not classified at the time it was sent. Phones are required to be destroyed by state department policy. Look it up.
