There are currently three separate laws that Trump violated:
Inciting an insurection/Attempting to overthrow an election.
Income tax evasion.
Theft of government property.
Hopefully we will not have to wait too long for prosicution.
The theft is a slam dunk, but I think the DOJ is looking at more than theft, like distruction of doccuments, and maybe selling info to foreign operatives. Also who helped Trump move documents to Mar a Lago.
