The president of the US knows all secrets; they are in his head.

You gonna charge him with violations of the Espionage Act every time he leaves the Capital or the country?? The president walks around with those secrets everywhere he goes, even in a private conversation with Putin, the leader of the other nuclear power. Of course I guess he could be reassuring Putin that he would not nuke Russia even if they nuked Ukraine. But wait, General Milley already took care of that, didn't he!?? Of course he did, the woke SOB!!

But back to the point, how do you apply the Espionage Act to a president who has all this in his head anyway. If he is going to sell it, it's but a phone call away, is it not?? But nuclear secrets!!!!!!!!! as in positions of subs, launch codes, etc would have been/should have been changed a long time ago. Ok then, what about other secret stuff? Yeah, what about it. He has it in his head! You gonna wipe his brain?? Right!!!!

The president of the US, current or former, are walking repositories of big time secrets. They don't need to steal documents. It's not like he stole hundreds of thousands of dollars of furniture, pics and stuff from the white house like the Clintons, is it?? And how do you know there wasn't secret stuff in those paintings she stole?? Or her personal blackberry, or private server?? And nope, she weren't the president so she didn't know all the secrets, thus the Espionage act could very well have applied to her. Remember Patraeus and his stolen documents they found in his socks or was that someone else?? They accepted and plead guilty to misdemeanor charges to avoid the Espionage Act.

If all this weren't so stupid it would be laughable. But no, it's just another of the melodramatic episodes the democrats hang out there for the world to laugh at. And another in a long line of tales used to fool their followers, the ones who have REALLY drunk the Kool-Aid! And it too will pass and they will speak of it in future lies about Trump as they continue to do so even to this day; repeating the debunked lies. It will all be just another of their failed attempts to bring down Trump which they will believe, no matter what, until the day they die.

So anyway, how does the Espionage Act get applied to a president, both current and past???

Plus any documents a President wanted to pass on he could secretly copy. The whole raid was a fishing expedition.

Trump could just tell them. He knows what is on the documents.
