Proudrepub, my feelings exactly. I was leaning toward DeSantis, just to give Trump a well deserved retirement. After the raid, I am now ready for Trump again. DeSantis can start with the #2 spot, go to school for 4 years on Trump, then get his 8 years after. Two problems to overcome.......(1) The current administration is so corrupt, the damage done will be very difficult to repair, and (2) The corruption extends into elections. They did it in '20 and will do it again in '22 and '24. Don't count the chickens until they hatch. The libs are highly skilled cheaters and will steal the election again if allowed to.

My sentiments as well, but not exactly. I don’t want to see any heads explode, I just want to see the ones who think it’s okay to weaponize the department of justice against political opponents get actual justice served on them. Trump could have done that when he was in office but purposely didn’t. I recall him saying as much. I used to hold that against him, but now I see why he didn’t stoop to their level of underhandedness.

Once again the corrupt Dems have overplayed their stinking hand (which, in my mind, is exactly what made Trump popular in the first place). And, at this point, if elections were tomorrow, I’d vote Trump without hesitation. And no, that doesn’t make me a Trump lackey. I can’t hardly stand the man’s narcissistic attitude, truth be told. But America needs an alpha male (or female) at the helm not the typical do-nothing RINO’s, and right now, due to the DOJ’s unprecedented, third-world, banana-republicesque raid on a former president, and after all the Russian collusion hoaxes (from the likes of low-life Adam Schiff no less), false accusation of insurrection, etc, Trump (and We The People), DESERVES to be given the chance to turn the tables on his (and our) corrupt enemies in American politics.

I think I’ll stop my rant with that.
