The American Colonies / United States of America remained under the foreign English banking system with all foreign stockholders, and only the currency form began to change in 1791. King George was accepted as the Arch-treasurer of the United States of America in 1783 by Washington. Franklin
The Treaty of Paris, signed in Paris by representatives of King George III of Great Britain and representatives of the United States of America on September 3, 1783, officially ended the American Revolutionary War and overall state of conflict between the two countries. Please note none of the American Patriots that fought for their freedoms had a voice in this treaty. They lost the right to vote, own their lands with free and clear title and their choice of Rule of Law, plus more.
Also, to remember 1789 The Senate's First Act—the Oath Act. No one by law was/is allowed to take an oath to "this Constitution for the United States of America" as the Preamble states the document's title.
On May 5, 1789, the Senate passed its first bill—the Oath Act. That first oath, for members and civil servants, was very simple: "I do solemnly swear that I will support the Constitution of the United States." Note: there is no such document to be found anywhere in law or at law with that title. It was a CYA Act for what had been done.
