Not liking something for reasons, despising people who support truly idiotic things and ideas is not hating them...you can truly not like something for reasons and that is not hate.

Having rational reasons for not liking something is what logic and consideration is about...hate is a gut reaction, much more than not liking something for reasons, hate comes as an emotional reaction to prejudice and unreasoned dislike that is often associated with stereotypes and unrelated experiences or conditioning.

I had a boss back in the 70's that was in WW2, he hated Germans (Krauts) as much as he hated Japs (or Nips), there is no way he would ever hire or associate with anyone of those ethnic groups...that is hate

My cousin, who was at least one quarter German, with a German last name, served in WWII, he had no love of the Germans. I think he hated that they thought they were better than anyone else the most.

Americans hate the fact that Democrats always want to destroy our country and we are in full-blown crisis mode.
Americans hate the fact that we’re no longer energy independent and may have rolling brownouts and blackouts and cause more human suffering and death.
So these are factual descriptions of how hate should be used properly for anyone with a brain and that loves America and wants to put Americans first!
