It was not Trump's handling of the economy in his campaign promises. In fact, MAGA was too good a slogan. The thing is, he was up against at least five other agendas:

1. The Democrat's Agenda with support from the media.
2. The Progressive''s Agenda inside the Democratic Party (socialists and communists)
3. The Deep State's Agenda with billionaires supporting
4. Those in the public who detested the man to begin with.
5. Those who saw Trump's responses to the Covid crisis to be terrible, or were made to see it that way.

Thus, demonizing Trump became the absolute first priority of all of these agendas, and many of them were members of the other agenda-driven groups too.
The first thing to attack was therefore MAGA. and the second was trump's real lifestyle and proclivity to pick quarrels and blurt out some not so nice things. Well, simultaneously in fact.
As the term went on, these attacking agendas were beefed up beyond belief to include finding a pretext for impeaching him twice, and the Russia, Russia, Russia scam.
MAGA was being made real in his first term, and thus had to be thwarted, or cleverly subverted.
The left's hit job was both diabolical and successful, and it has led to subverting the whole idea of NAGA in favor of the Marxist idea of tearing the nation down in order to "Build it Back Better" right out of the Marx Socialist playbook. Rational people cannot, in my opinion, really reject MAGA if they are honest Americans. That some, quite a few actually, did is a tragedy.

My question is this. What was/is so wrong about the Make America Great again philosophy? When we had President Trump pushing the America first option rather than dealing with all of our allies and or our rivals on the world stage, so many within the progressive left which included RINOS were very angry about it. I really do not understand why these individuals were so angry about it. The only thing I can possibly come up with is that there was going to be a lot of people in government positions were most likely did lose a ton of personal fortune as a result. So, what is the actual reason as to why a president wanting nothing but the very best for our country?
