In a wild and fiery interview, Rep. Mo Brooks (R-Ala.) got into a heated exchange with “Fox News Sunday” host Sandra Smith over voter fraud and how former President Donald Trump was “robbed” in the 2020 presidential election.

Brooks is currently running for the Senate in Alabama and has lost the endorsement of Trump for not aggressively going after election fraud and for rebuking the Jan. 6 protest. He is down an estimated 15 points running against Republican contender Katie Britt in the primary, according to The New York Times.

The contentious interview started off with Smith aggressively going after Brooks and he stood up to her rather nicely.

“All right. Onto the Senate primary runoff and the former President Donald Trump,” Smith said kicking off the exchange.

“You’re now in a runoff in the Alabama Senate primary against Katie Britt, who I should note we did invite to join us here but she was unavailable. All this is happening after former President Trump decided to un-endorse you, sir, saying you had blown it by going, quote, woke for not talking about what he says was 2020 election fraud,” she asserted. “What exactly did the president ask you to do after the 2020 election?”

“The president and I had many conversations between September 1st and his decision to un-endorse me that revolved around his being reinstated, revolved around his wanting to rescind the election,” Brooks remarked.

More politicians should discuss the 2020 stolen election in the way that Mo Brooks did on Fox.

Specifically, the 150 who were going to vote against the electoral on January 6th.

The news can’t just stop having politicians on air, and they can’t keep citing fact check.

“And I can understand him wanting to do that, okay? He was robbed, in my judgment, in 2020. In his judgment, he was robbed. And so I can understand that desire,” he continued.

“The conflict was when I would explain that the law does not permit us to do that. Our one shot at reversing the election, our one shot in an election contest under the United States Constitution and federal law, is on January 6th. That’s it. That’s the final appeal day,” Brooks added.

“So anything we do after that has to focus on winning the 2022 and 2024 elections. We can use what happened in 2020 as a motivation to try and get better election laws, to use as a motivation to win in 2022 and 2024 to save our country. But what is now done in 2020 is irreversible under the United States Constitution and the United States Code,” he explained.

“And I’m one of those who believes in law and order. I might not like it that that’s the end game, but that is the end game,” Brooks contended.

“And just to go on the record, there has been still no evidence or proof provided that there was any sort of fraud in the…” Smith interjected.

“Oh, no, that’s wrong. I don’t know why you people in the media keep saying that, but that is absolutely false. That is absolutely false. You keep saying every time but that’s absolutely false,” Brooks angrily interrupted her in mid-justification.

“What is false, sir?” Smith countered.

I was flipping channels awhile ago and saw Sandra Smith on Fox News bullying Mo Brooks about there being no voter fraud in the 2020 election. She said it was debunked. By who? The fucking corrupt government?

“You had 150 congressmen and senators who absolutely disagree with you on what you just said,” Brooks informed her.

“So, what are you calling them? What are you calling them when you say 150 Republican senators and congressmen look at the voter fraud issue and said there was a major problem? What are you calling the Commission on Federal Election Reform, a bipartisan committee with Jimmy Carter on the one hand and James Baker, Ronald Reagan, White House chief of staff on the other, back in 2005 who analyzed the systemic weaknesses, systemic flaws in our election system and warned us that elections are going to be stolen if we don’t fix these problems and those problems were not fixed?” he asked Smith.

“So I don’t know who’s telling you there’s no evidence, but that tells me you haven’t done your homework. I’m sorry, but that’s the way it is,” he angrily stated.

“The courts and the judges — the courts and the judges that have — some inside the Trump administration,” she blustered.

“No, no, the courts — time out. Don’t go into that. Don’t go into that,” Brooks shot back.

“All right. I want to finish up…” Smith said seeking an end to the confrontation.

“Wait a minute, no, no. I’m getting — I’m getting the last word on this one because you just made a false statement, okay?” Brooks charged.

Rep. Mo Brooks totally owned Sandra Smith on Fox about voter fraud. She said there was no proof. Well, he brought it all out, including 2000 Mules. She tried to cut him off many times, and he told her he was going to get the last word in, and he did👊🇺🇸

“The courts are not the final arbiter of who wins federal election contests. Congress is. That is required by the United States Constitution. That is required by the United States Code for congressmen and senators and the president. So don’t be surprised if the courts don’t usurp the power that is authorized in the United States Congress,” he posited.

Smith went on to quote a Wall Street Journal article concerning the resignation of the Republican election commissioner of Wisconsin, Dean Knudsen. She quoted Knudsen who said, “There’s no evidence that election fraud is the reason Trump lost Wisconsin, and that’s not for lack of looking.”

“Look at the special investigation of a former Wisconsin supreme court justice who found significant voter fraud at nursing homes in the state of Wisconsin,” Brooks remarked before touting Dinesh D’Souza’s election fraud documentary “2,000 Mules.” “Look at the ‘2,000 Mules’ documentary that has come out.”

“That has been looked at and fact-checked by multiple outlets, including Reuters, who have debunked that as any sort of proof that there was widespread voter fraud,” Smith proclaimed.

“You’re absolutely wrong, Sandra,” Brooks responded. “But keep going with that story if you wish.”

Yes, it was disgusting watching her spread the Democrats’ lies. She has gone to the dark side, illustrating that Fox News is not an alt-right media outlet and that some of Fox’s hosts spread leftist lies as easily as the far-left media outlets like CNN, MSNBC, the NYT and the WaPo.

The amount of evidence proving 2020 election fraud by the Demorats is now staggering. 2000 Mules showed multiple videos of paid Demorat operatives making repeated trips (some making 50 or more) stuffing multiple ballots into large numbers of ballot boxes, usually in the middle of the night. After one mule was arrested for this activity (with fingerprint evidence found on numerous ballots), the Dem operatives began wearing gloves to transport the ballots and place them in these ballot boxes. As soon as they deposited the ballots, they removed their gloves and threw them away!

True The Vote purchased cell phone geo-tracking data from 6 large cities in several contested states and discovered that over 2000 Dem-paid ballot mules made numerous trips between collection sites and ballot boxes, including one city in Georgia, Arizona, Michigan and Pennsylvania. When combined with the video monitoring ballot boxes obtained from the state governments, the investigators estimated there were over 800,000 fraudulent ballots cast in the 2020 election, enough to steal the election from Trump.

Watch the documentary for yourself and you will be convinced: 2000 Mules.

Also watch the video of the Georgia state Senate committee interviewing multiple witnesses to a large number of irregularities and illegal activity at the Fulton and De Kalb County vote counting locations. It includes the surveillance video of Democrat ballot counters illegally counting ballots after they had told the Republican monitors the counting was going to stop until the next day and sent them home! Georgia state law mandates both Repub and Dem monitors must be present for all ballot counting.

She was trying to do the same thing to him. He interjected when she was trying to get across a Leftist lie. I don't think he was rude - more defensive because she, obviously, didn't know what she was talking about!

👍 Exactly! But what has any of them done to correct election fraud from ever happening again?

Nothing that will prevent the bipartisan swamp from taking whatever steps nec to achieve their desired outcome.. that has now become crystal clear.. and this IS NOT limited to just elections. This will continue as long as they can keep everyone mad and distrustful of each other, so their distracted and gullible supporters don't realize the whole group of them are rotten to the core. As long as they can keep all the investigations 'in house' (in that cesspool they have absolutely turned washington into) there will be no meaningful changes to the self-serving kabuki theatre which ALL these POLITICAL drama queens have WORKED TOGETHER to create. They ARE NOT going to recognize any authority outside of the FUBAR'd washington mega swamp (which has no interests in redeeming/draining itself) either.

👍 I don't like to admit it - but I have to agree with you. We've seen absolutely nothing from lawmakers to change the course of the elections. The Deep State tried and failed to monopolize the elections in their favor. But I'm sure they have an alternate plan whereby they can keep control.

That is a tactic used by both sides. They refuse to answer the question and go off rambling on to kill off the questioners ten minutes of alloted time by going off topic and making their points and actually refusing to answer the question asked. They have to interrupt to get back to the question that they are refusing to answer.

No. It is his show. She was called in to testify and answer question of the congressional committee. Not make speeches. She gets that before the questioning starts and now she is supposed to answer his direct questions.

Geraldo Rivera was notorious for going off topic and monopolizing the guest's time.
