You can also replace Secular with Liberal (synonyms) and Christian with Conservative. That’s why I’ve always said:
You don’t have to be a Christian to be a Conservative, but you do have to be a Conservative if you’re a Christian.
Christian’s and Conservatives believe in freedom and that concept revolves around the idea of Free Will and Personal Responsibility.
The left doesn’t want free will or personal responsibility. They want communism. They want the government to tell them what to do. They want fascism.
They want all need for free will and personal responsibility to vanish. That’s why they hate the right AND Christianity so much. It goes against everything they stand for.

Seems like Jesus got in trouble because he challenged the conservatives of his time. Many would consider him to be a radical but I'm satisfied to call him a progressive. He preached "love thy neighbor" but I guess Ginny wasn't listening.
