The word is getting used by the right in the wrong context...that context being about censoring social media. Taking people's information off of a site for reasons has nothing to do with a lack of transparency if those reasons have to do with curbing stupidly false things, things that are easily proven as being wrong have no purpose except to enhance people's stupidity.

Defending efforts to clean up the internet of false and misleading information is exactly like defending your right to be fed weapons grade stupid and incorrect things that are literally designed and purposed to make people to where they do not know what to believe, so they will believe what and who they want to.

Put it like it is..."we have a right to be stupid, you are interfering in that right"

Sad that you are opposed to freedom of speech. But not surprising as it fits with your racist persona.

What if someone told a 7 year old every day that his father was crazy. Free speech you say ? What is the difference if someone goes on twitter or a TV personality says things that are provably false? Why should they be allowed to do that?

Because the Constitution and SCOTUS protect that right.

A good example: “You can keep your doctor”.

I PREFER that a person has the ABSOLUTE RIGHT to determine what is “false and misleading”……on their own….to be FREE to make that determination.

So, you say: “buh…buh… they’re to dumb to understand…and I have to tell them.”
NO…NO…NO….that’s not your responsibility and they have their GOD GIVEN RIGHT to remain stupid!!!!!!

However, this doesn’t preclude my right to tell Woodglue to rethink some of his stuff….

You PREFER that a person has the ABSOLUTE RIGHT to determine what is “false and misleading” but if they do not agree with you it is your right and responsibility to insult them and suggest they rethink their position to align with yours.

You do know just how stupid that sounds, right? You have a god given right to remain stupid, but what if being stupid you are too stupid to understand how stupid you are...should the government step in and try to fix your stupidity?

Yet the government protects us from manufacturers lying to us about what their products will do for you, that's okay violating their right to free speech when they lie about products?

Aren't you making the argument for buyer beware, it's up to you to sniff out the lies?

Those who can't tell the difference between truly stupid lies and facts need to be ashamed of themselves, unfortunately their brains don't function well enough to understand how stupid they are being intentionally made.

No

If so, you would have already been incarcerated.
