You are incorrect on one fact. Yes,Trump signed the agreement;however, Biden changed more than a few provisions leading to the debacle and death of 13 US soldiers.

President Biden was not bound by anything President Trump did. Bush and the 20 year war in Afghanistan is not relevant to this topic of whether Biden's Afghan screw up caused Putin's Ukrainian invasion.
