You missed what intelligence was doing and what the purpose is...they are looking at getting under Russia's skin, and it isn't with misinformation on what they are doing in Ukraine, because that speaks for itself unless your brain is incapable of telling the difference between facts and lies.

And that is both illegal and destroys their credibility, which they lost anyway the past 10 years. Under who's orders do they generate propaganda, because that would be all it is.

For what reason would Russia do this?? The number of civilians dead does not match up with a Russian desire to kill indiscriminately. It DOES match up with civilians being killed who have taken up arms against the Russian army. Add to that the desperate cry for more weapons by Zelensky and his armies. Then there is the sheer madness of it. Russia has no need to anger the outside world any further.
It simply doesn't add up for Russia to do it but Ukraine is highly motivated to do it as they try to convince others to give them arms and join the fight.
