You may be willing to give 'it' up - but will the rest of the world? China, India, and Russia - I bet not. And if we ruin our economy and essentially destroy America by suddenly going with the "Greenies" plans, it won't have that much of an impact on the climate.

It is foolish to think that America alone can stop "global warming".

And, as a side note, leftoids have been predicting the 'end of humanity' for the last 50 years - and they have been consistently wrong.

You ACTUALLY believe that bullshit? Newsflash: Climate change has been happening since pre-Cambrian times. Did you know the temperature is rising on Mars, also? You'd better tell those Martians to watch their greenhouse gases. Are you aware that 2000 years ago it was warmer than today? Yep. Fruit orchards and vineyards thrived in areas that are currently too cold for them to grow now. Cherry picked temperature readings from places designed to give a false impression.
Are there any facts that are extremely scary to know?
In 1997, 14 year old Nathan Zohner presented his science fair project to his classmates, seeking to ban a highly dangerous chemical from its everyday use.

The chemical in question? Dihydrogen monoxide.

Throughout his presentation, Zohner provided his audience scientifically correct evidence as to why this chemical should be banned.

He explained that dihydrogen monoxide:

Can cause severe burns while it’s in gas form
Corrodes and rusts metal
Kills countless people annually
Is commonly found in tumors, acid rain, etc.
Causes excessive urination and bloating if consumed
Zohner also noted that the chemical is able to kill you if you depend on it and then experience an extended withdrawal.

He then asked his classmates if they actually wanted to ban dihydrogen monoxide.

And so 43 out of the 50 children present voted to ban this obviously unsafe chemical.

However…this chemical isn’t typically considered toxic at all.

In fact, dihydrogen monoxide is simply an unconventional name for water.

Nathan Zohner’s experiment wasn’t a legitimate attempt to ban water, but instead an experiment to get a representation of how gullible people can really be.

Also, all of the points that Zohner used to convey his point were 100% factually correct; he just skewed all of the information in his favor by omitting certain facts.

One journalist eventually dubbed this event as ‘Zohnerism’, where true facts are used to mislead people towards false conclusions.

And this occurs a lot more often than you think, especially when politicians, journalists, etc., use proven facts to persuade people into believing false claims.

The fact that people can mislead, and be misled so easily, is highly unsettling.

I remember seeing a video many years ago of Penn Gillette (of Penn & Teller) at an environmentalist fair/show. He was getting all the greeny sheople to sign a petition to ban di-hydrogen monoxide. Hilarious stuff

Thanks for the laugh. No there isn't. Greenies will hate it but cranes use fossil fuels to dig out lithium for the batteries EVs use Mike. Price prohibitive batteries I might add. Are the batteries recyclable? Not really. Just as the batteries we have now are forever leaking toxic acid, guess what lithium batteries do only at an advanced rate. Also windmills don't work because unless there is wind. And what are you going to do with the used up blades? Recycle? Impossible. Bury, maybe, there is a field outside Paris, France. Otherwise you're stuck. Same thing with solar panels and the battery packs. So have fun.

Global warming is NOT science. The alarmists have changed their predictions from global cooling/warming for decades. And they have been proven WRONG with EVERY prediction. You would think after decades they could get I thing right, but they can't, because it is all a lie.


The UN's IPPC official Otto Edenhofer was quoted: "we redistribute de facto the world's wealth by climate policy" he added:
"One has to free oneself from the illusion that climate policy is environmental policy. It has almost nothing to do with environmental policy"

How do you heat your house? How do you do your shopping for food and clothing? What are your clothes and meds made of? How about your kitchen stuff, stoves, microwaves, containers, your wife's cosmetics etc, etc, much less how you are able to go pick all of that stuff up.
