Actually not, racist loses it's meaning among those who are cognitively dysfunctional because they don't know how to understand what the difference between facts and lies, or who fits the definitions of the words they use...
Cognitive abilities will always mean how well someone's ability to process information is, cognitive is the ability to think, which is the thing that people who can't tell the difference between facts and lies can't do...this will never lose meaning or be hard to figure out for those who can think.
