Apparently she was defending terrorists in Getmo and called the president and the Secretary of Defense, war criminal. In context, maybe it wasn't exactly that, but the fact is, she couldn't remember having done that. Now, I might not be all knowing and my memory might not be the best, but I would remember that, if I had said it while defending terrorists. She was caught off guard and heem'ed and haw'ed an answer which essentially meant nothing in her defense.
This and her serving on a school board that supports CFRT, welp . . . .
But before I heard that exchange, I was for her, but now, I am thinking she isn't quite the quality we need on the SCOTUS.
I could find nothing on line related to this but I am sure it will show up.

Interesting... A rather provocative comment .. I'm assuming she was referring to Bush, not Obama...

Yes. And one could agree given that there were no WMD's!! And they killed several hundred thousands Iraqi civilians, that thing denied by our Putin haters here in the states.

I wonder why she doesn't want to admit her words now?🤔🤔🤔
Oh wait...She's probably been calling Russia the same things....
And she probably remained silent when Obama was in office...

That could be. I don't know. She said she didn't mean to disparage the president. Why not, it was the position of her clients, the terrorists. She was speaking for them as their attorney. She could not articulate that. Disappointing.
