My wife talked to a gas station owner and they said it will go up to 8 bucks a gallon. 3.49 yesterday. This is in Wisconsin

Gas is $3.57 a gallon, with $4.00/gal for diesel in Missouri. The price jumped 20c per gallon in 3 days!

Who you really need to thank for high oil prices is Putin. Russia is the second biggest supplier of oil, and countries are unwilling to buy ot from Russia. So there is a shortage of oil worldwide.
