Until someone shows me differently, I believe the Act of 1871 was the beginning of the turning point.
They hid the original 13th Amendment with a new 13th amendment, which should've been the 14th Amendment, and that's the one they teach in school - about slavery. It's just another lie from start to finish.

I always think about;
Who is better off?
The Negros brought to America as slaves, or those left behind?
Those left behind are generally in a sad state of affairs.
Starvation, disease, and illiteracy for starters.

Eagle, surprising comment coming from you. You are making a lot of assumptions…. And assuming facts not in evidence ‼️My question is… you know this HOW?
What, you think living in a inner city slum, made dependent on a shit government because you received a 4th class education is better than living in your native culture with an extended family?????
Good example of what some call White Supremacy….. Just some thoughts.

As I understand it, the slaves were captured by other African people and sold to the slavers.
I’m sure there are exceptions but as a rule, they’d probably have been better off left in their own place.
However, I had no part in it, therefore I don’t care one way or another.
Some of the Mexican people of Baja are descendants of the Chinese. There was a “disagreement” on the mainland and the Chinese portion of the population was “sent” west to Baja.
Same kind of situation(kinda), what with being forced to “immigrate”.
I don’t care about that one either.
Both were able to assimilate into the current cultures and except for the radical arm, are doing well.
If it ain’t broke , don’t fix it!

Not where I live. Welfare checks, EBT cards, free medical care. Evidently the ones you speak of never learned how to "work the system", as they call it.

I think you misunderstood me.
I was speaking of those left behind in Africa are worse off.
Have you seen the pictures of their conditions for a lot of them?

I don't think Biden is the man he used to be, but I belive his judgement is just as good as it was 20 years ago. He is just slower,.but comming to the same conclusions. Someone said during the primaries that it was dangerous to underestimate him. It's still true

Biden is still the 'man' he always was, dishonest, unpatriotic, greedy, vain, venal, vicious and totally self centered. Yes, his judgement is just as it was 20 years ago, (Always, where's the money?).
The "someone" quoted was Obama telling the world, "Never underestimate Bidens ability to screw up everything he touches."
(look it up) Obamma told the truth for once.

Have you been out of the country? Those photos you are referring to are used to get your feelings going to get into your wallet. The main cities in africa are in the same state as the cities here they have the poor side and they have the rich side. I have been out of this country and have been in some areas in africa. The country condition is not as bad as those photo's suggest. The areas that need help do need it. Which mostly in the rural areas as with every country there are people who are not in the best condition.
