▪️I do not. In some cases they have an advantage simply because they’re female.

Why do they automatically make less than men.

▪️Given the same level of education, experience and capability they do not automatically make less than their male counterpart.

▪️There are numerous reasons for the foolish question you ask. Lack of desire, lack of experience, and lack of knowledge just to name a few.

▪️Read my posts above. I’m not privileged, neither are you, neither are they. It’s certainly not because they’re a minority. Currently our nation provides every single person the opportunity (and, if needed, multiple opportunities- see jr57 post) to succeed.. whether that person is here legally or not… much better than other countries or we wouldn’t be inundated with illegal aliens.
