He can't/won't do the obvious that would limit his federal gasoline taxes.
The federal gasoline tax is an excise whores' tax, which is a cost added to the purchase of specific goods and services. The federal government charges a tax of 18.4 cents on every gallon of gasoline and 24.4 cents on every gallon of diesel.
Now add all the other taxes and fees per each gallon.

If the Keystone had actually delivered any crude you might have a point. Since it didn't, you don't. The price of gas started going up when the Colonial pipeline was hacked with ransom ware. Keystone and the increase in gas prices had nothing to do with each other.

Who controls the price of gasoline when they know the supply is going to be cut? That's your answer and depending on demand is what they will increase the price to. Good grief! Nice try at deflection.

What’s really stupid is a demented president tapping our reserves and touting gas went down a few cents! I sent doesn’t do anybody any good with it has more than doubled since Trump was in office.

It’s because Biden is in the bed with the solar companies and wants to destroy call, natural gas and oil and has no intention reversing all the policies Trump had in place to help the American people.
