Look at it as follows: Society grants women a few privileges in consideration of their being less physically strong than men and the right to privacy dressing or in the bathroom. The privilege includes a separate class of sports. (It should not include the right to be paid the same as men for those sports if there is not equal audience appeal.)
While a man transitioning should not lose any rights he had as a man, there is no reason he should GAIN any rights just because he now claims to be a woman.

There is a primitive tribe somewhere where the men breast feed their young. So that part is possible but getting pregnant or carrying a child in a womb is exclusively woman's domain. As for a trans competing against women,. I am not for it but these are crazy times. Maybe he/she should be handicapped like in horse racing. Make it swim with ankle weights or something. I can't believe the Olympic committee would allow a trans to compete . It's a form of performance enhancement.
