#One would be
"I'm not a liar", sometimes followed by "you are the liar" as an integral part of that lie.
#2 would be
"You are a liar", invariably in response to something that is an easily checked fact

Just watch who, or which side uses the word liar the most in general discourse. I prefer to think of people who are wrong as just ignorant as pertains to the facts, the right goes to insults and calling people they don't agree with liars, being wrong is not being a liar.

Which side lies the most? Hint: it is not the Right

We use it alot because your team lies alot.......... using yourself as a bar is by no means independent thought, merely the outcome you desire....... in reality it appears to be more projection than anything on your part , akin to blaming the dog tor your fart.
Try this, and it will be the hardest thing you've done in a long time........ you and your party quit lying and watch how you dont get called a liar and the word is nary spoke.... try that and figure it into your finger pointing.
Im not calling you a liar for repeating or beliving your party's many untruthful things... that wouldnt be fair of me, and outside of politics i figure you're a pretty decent fella and dont go through life lying. . ..... dude!!

Wrong!!! The #1 Lie used by liars is the "Lie of Omission."
"Lying by omission is when a person leaves out important information or fails to correct a pre-existing misconception in order to hide the truth from others. ..."
