Wrong (about par for you): Pvt. Daniel Hough was the lone casualty at Fort Sumter, sadly killed by 'friendly fire' - but nonetheless - a casualty.

The FBI says there was no insurrection......

American, There was an insurrection. I saw it in real time with my own eyes. The DOJ should be calling for a grand jury any day. They have a compelling amount of evidence. I know that every person is innocent before he is found guilty, but I know what I saw, and Trumps papers are damning, as his some of his former staff, and cronies, testifying before the Jan 6th Committee. I suppose that the committee is going through every page, and hearing evidence from everybody that knew what was going on, to get every shred of evidence. I am willing to bet that if Trump is given an absolutely fair trial, he will be found guilty. Of course every Republican will yell and scream about how unfair it was, or the judge was paid off, or whatever, but the fact will remain that if Trump goes on trial, there will be an abundance of evidence for conviction.

American, There was an insurrection. I saw it in r... (show quote)

LOL

And the FBI saw the same things you did.

Yet they say there was not an insurrection.

How do you explain the disagreement you have with the FBI? Don't you trust them?

The rest of your comments are simply supposition (or wishful thinking) on your part.

And do you think President Trump would get an 'absolutely' fair trial? Do you think pelosi 'commission' is a fair proceeding?

That "revolt" back in 1861 lasted 5 years and got 700,000 Americans killed.

Your ridiculous "tidbit" doesn't put anything in context.

Did you see the evidence? Or are you listening to the same people that said they seen the evidence that will prove he colluded with Russia during the Mueller investigation? Just wondering.

Perhaps he/she/it should have chosen the Whiskey Rebellion of 1791.

Gee rumitoid, who killed them and how many died in the George Floyd riots. Did you or any of your cohorts call them insurrectionists?

How does it feel to be hung on your own petard?

I am sorry, but you are wrong. January 6 was a mob out of control. Fort Sumter was shelled by Confederate military forces for 36 hours and the Federal forces responded until they exhausted supplies.

Confederate President Jefferson Davis ordered the attack of Fort Sumter. The attack was planned and executed as part of a larger revolt. January 6 was a mob out of control. End of story.

These people had a permit several in fact and as many have noted someone on the inside opened the door from the inside and let them in. I feel that the original permitted group was infiltrated by the feds and some Antifa people going in. In the beginning, I did see a video showing a man running for one of the doors trying to op[en and get out but they were locked a few seconds later he is buried from sight by police in riot gear and the video cuts off this video disappeared really fast
