You are apparently not familiar with the "judging" reference. That refers to judging as in lying in a prosecution or gossip. It means keep your mouth shut if you don't have the facts because the same thing could happen to you. There is nothing in the Bible that condemns having an opinion; only in acting as if your opinion is truth.
