The hospitals were horribly wrong to mandate the vaccine. Now the staff has either quit or died and they're short handed. Well, tough! I hope those hospitals who were irresponsible enough to 'mandate the jab or no job' get sued and put out of business.

I've said this before...a guy I knew, who worked in triage was coerced into taking the jab in August. He got sick just before Thanksgiving and now he's gone.

Well, add this to your lawsuit some hospitals are refusing care to those not vaccinated and refusing the jab read where a woman who needed a kidney but had not been vaccinated and the donor was not vaccinated both refused to get the jab and the hospital refused to do or even allow them into the hospital. Now we can honestly say they are picking who lives and who dies seeing how Biden has taken over treatment supplies for covid and OH poor us he forgot to order testing equipment before the holidays and is handing out some of the tx slow and short talk about your mass elimination

Worse yet, some hospitals have been told to euthanize vaccinated patients. There just doesn't seem to be any end to the murder and greed!

There has always been mandates while working in hospitals, didn't hear much of a complaint with those requirements. Mandates should been written to include if you can prove you had what is mandated against. As far as individual sovereignty shouldn't that be for everything that has been brought up recently.

I don't think that they can, 45. 1870 under reconstruction the congress passed a bill barring the marine corp and all fed marshals from doing the most important job to up hold there oath, and inforce or detain those who don't uphold theirs. To me that - reconstruction was the start of the first chapter, FDR nailed that coffin shut . It's all come unwound since .

Without checking with the hospital referred to how do you know that mandate was a government required decision. Most hospital will do what is required to keep the employees and patients safe. If CDC suggest it normally the hospital will follow because it is common sense. Now if the decsion was made because the hospital will be effected by the reduced funds then yeah the government got involved.
