How can you, with a straight face, say the words "Biden" and "clear eyed" in the same sentence? They just don't work together. Sorta like "liberal" and "intelligent".

Nice deflection.

The majority of the nation that watched January 6 unfold are also clear eyed about what transpired on that day. No X-ray vision necessary. While most folks were focused on the national capitol, there were also several state capitols under siege on the same day. Those activities were planned by Trump's supporters with his willing participation and encouragement. No amount of deflection will change that.

We also know who to blame: the people who swallowed the lies willingly and the liar. Supporters of the former guy are in no position to question anyone's intelligence.

LOL....this coming from the side that propagates a lie about a stolen election with no evidence.

Besides, it's an opinion, just like your to the assertion that liberal and intelligence are somehow contradictory. If you didn't have a double standard.....

You need to learn a little about the law. A judge deciding there's "no standing" and " no evidence" are two different things. But you don't want to know the truth. FJB couldn't get 200 cars to show up in a parking lot to hear him blubber but you want me to believe 81 million came out to vote for him! Hahzhahaha!

I agree, microphor. They had no weapons! What kind of an insurrection is that?

What is most frightening is that there are likely far more people being held with being charged than were even arrested during the George Floyd riots. What is beyond question is that the January 6 demonstrators were arrested for exercising their direct, specific constitutional rights to assemble for redress of grievances and are now being denied their other direct, specific constitutional rights to be either charged or released after 24 hours.

I am sure that most of the progressives of OPP rejoice in this. That's the type of dung dwellers they are.

Seems you are the one who has no idea how our laws works.. let me know if you have any background or connection to the law of the land..

No person can just say "I want to go to court with this charge" and actually get a court date.. you must show enough to get the law to consider your claim and bring it to a hearing or trial..

While President Donald Trump faces national backlash for downplaying the severity of the COVID-19 pandemic, his rival receives criticism for doing the opposite.

The discrepancy in supporter turnout at Biden's and Trump’s campaign events is not a indicator of popularity, but rather the candidates’ opposing approaches to campaigning during a pandemic.

Health officials like National Institutes of Health Director Francis Collins have expressed disapproval of Trump’s continued campaign rallies over the last several months.

"As a scientist, I'm pretty puzzled and rather disheartened," Collins said at a Sept. 10 CNN town hall.

Our rating: Missing context
We rate the claim that photos of Biden's small campaign events show a low-turnout rally as MISSING CONTEXT. Biden is hosting smaller campaign events than Trump, but it has significantly more to do with his adherence to social distancing guidelines rather than his lack of popularity.

The court wouldn't hear arguments, so you can't present evidence if the court won't hear it. What about that don't you understand

Exactly. Oh, the court will see a summary of what the evidence is purported to show, but they do not see it until it is presented in court. After presentation of evidence the defense can ask for dismissal on the grounds of no evidence and they might get it, but none of the Trump lawsuits but one or two ever got that far.

I think yours are lies. Hey permafrost, I wish you no harm, and in fact, the best of heath but we should return to our previous antagonism.

Don't forget, Sport, I'm a physician and I have access to ongoing developments that you don't.

Nice to know you are in the medical field.. do you treat cats or just dogs?

But the previous antagonism did have its value..
