Sean Hannity Will Have To Pull His Head Out...No 1st Amendment Protection Applies To Him

He isn't protecting sources or even being asked anything about what he was covering on his Op Eds, he was talking to the president and other people planning to stop the transition of power, which is not protected by anything. Reporters can't even hide behind the 1st if they commit crimes, all they can do is protect sources.

Hannity repeatedly expressed concerns about things he knew that were being planned that he knew as a lawyer were illegal...period

You're so easily duped, it's pathetic. Actually, beyond pathetic.
Number one, he's not a lawyer.
Number two, he had nothing to do with what went on that day.
This is nothing more, or less than your peeps trying to persecute, and silence ANY opposition. It's Un American, Soviet style tactics that, I think will lead to the ultimate destruction of your beloved party.

Obviously, you aren't smart enough to see that with Obama, you leftists pushed too far, to fast, which gave us Trump.
Now, y'all have the accelerator on the floor with the sorriest Presidential Administration, and Congress in American history in charge.
People see this.

But, keep up your rhetoric from your ivory tower, which is actually a glass house if you want.

You have your precision .243. I have a precision .300 Win Mag. As well as others.

You leftists think you have political power, until you lose it. Then you talk about violence, and firepower.
Well, I think there's more fire power on my side, and once political power shifts back that way (which it will) maybe we can test drive what I think.

So tired of people like you, I'm actually starting to look forward to it!

I figger if I can smoke a prairie dog at 300 yds with a .22-.250, I can lob a round into a fat guy like you at the same distance with a .30.30.
I dunno, maybe if y'all get Obama's buddy Bill Ayers to teach y'all how to build bombs, you might have a chance. I doubt it though. He probably doesn't have access to the materials he used to bomb the Capitol, Pentagon, and State Department.

So, prior to Jan 6th, when Trump suggested the National Guard be called up for Jan 6th, was that the part where he was inciting a riot???? Or was it the part where he said to be peaceful and patriotic??

Of course. He must deny or go blind in the face of true facts regarding anything "Trump."

Hannity is a gun slinger/martial arts nut. If he had known Trump was planning an insurrection, he would have advised that they arm themselves. LOLOL!!!! There is no doubt that many anticipated the off chance that the protestors might get out of hand, thus the early suggestions to bring in the National Guard. And the decision not the bring in the Guard was a conscious decision made by the powers that be, but not Trump. Why? Anyone that unprepared to guard the seat of power in the most powerful country on the planet should have some splaining to do.

And what makes you think the FBI didn't see Hannity's texts and emails. They have open access. All those phone calls can also be traced and names linked to everyone who spoke to all those in the capital. All. Dems and Repugs. ALL. Do you honestly think the FBI didn't look at ALL of it?? How do you explain their statement that there was no planning for what happened on Jan 6th?????

I personally think they did and it wasn't Trump that they found was active in planning for something on Jan 6th.

Let us allow a bit of fresh air into this trump supporting gang bang..

https://www.reuters.com/world/us/congresswoman-says-trump-administration-botched-capitol-riot-preparations-2021-05-12/

May 12 (Reuters) - President Donald Trump wanted National Guard troops in Washington to protect his supporters at a Jan. 6 rally that ended with them attacking the U.S. Capitol, leaving five dead, Trump's former Pentagon chief testified on Wednesday.

Former Acting Defense Secretary Christopher Miller told a House of Representatives panel that he spoke with Trump on Jan. 3, three days before the now-former president's fiery speech that preceded the violence and led to his second impeachment.

According to Miller's testimony, Trump asked during that meeting whether the District of Columbia's mayor had requested National Guard troops for Jan. 6, the day Congress was to ratify Joe Biden's presidential election victory.

Trump told Miller to "fill" the request, the former defense secretary testified. Miller said Trump told him: "Do whatever is necessary to protect demonstrators that were executing their constitutionally protected rights."

The claim: Nancy Pelosi rejected Donald Trump's request for 10,000 National Guard troops to be deployed before Jan. 6
As a House committee continues its investigation into the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol and former President Donald Trump goes on a speaking tour, debunked narratives about the deadly insurrection are resurfacing on social media.

Reports show military and law enforcement officials were unprepared and slow to respond to the riot. Trump has repeatedly attempted to blame that on House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., claiming she rejected his request to deploy 10,000 National Guard troops to the Capitol ahead of his “Stop the Steal” rally.

Trump’s claim is one of many efforts by Republicans and supporters of the former president to shift blame and downplay the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol that resulted in four deaths and led to more than 600 arrests.

But Trump’s claim was debunked by fact-checkers in March, after he first made the statement during a Fox News appearance, and it’s still not true. There is no evidence Trump made any formal request about deploying 10,000 National Guard troops before the rally.

Our rating: False
Based on our research, we rate FALSE the claim that Pelosi rejected Trump's request for 10,000 National Guard troops to be deployed before Jan. 6. Pelosi's office said the speaker was not contacted about deploying the National Guard prior to the rally, and the Pentagon has previously stated that there is no record of the request. A timeline from the Department of Defense about the events leading up to Jan. 6 does not include any mention of a request for 10,000 National Guard members. The former House sergeant-at-arms said he did not have any discussions with congressional leaders about the National Guard until the day of the riot.

LOL! I'll bet you have to look long and hard for these references. How many times have these issues been addressed in the MSM?? 30 seconds out of a year's worth of broadcasting?? And the ones who reported it were probably reprimanded for having reported it.

But no matter. It has been suggested that the emails of Pelosi be examine for evidence of her compliance with not having the National Guard brought in. Do you think this Jan 6th committee will actually ask to see those???
