You're obviously not intelligent enough to understand how it works. The producers themselves limit or increase demand based on a number of variables. If too much is being sold the price per barrel goes down and the price for producing a barrel does not cover the costs. Eventually supply will decrease, demand will go up, and once again it will make sense to produce more barrels of oil. Biden has canceled production allowed on public lands and the estimated amount the pipeline would have delivered. This all is figured into futures speculation. So tiring arguing with clueless dimwits.
