Fredo gets busted.
But what does "straight news" mean to the powers that be at CNN???
Especially if the news in whole is reported

That's my question. Especially with the nutcase Biden wants to appoint to the SEC.

Who knows but one would hope that it will be unscripted real life news and no longer opinions!

Someone other than Don Lemon?

True, but with the so-called "straight news" reporters that have been on through all this Russian collusion and Trump hating, conservative bashing, biden worshipping biased reporting, I have little hope that a 180 is in the plan. Getting rid of the "opinion" stars and replacing them with more of the same kind of biased "reporters" that we see on the rest of the day is of little value and seems to be more of an attempt to make the same kind of "reporting" more credible ... cuz now they're ALL "straight news reporters." Uh-huh. Sure.

But none of them really report "straight news," though lemon is arguably the worst and most obnoxious of the bunch. Now, if the new owners insist on coming out with very public apologies for the station's part in the Russian collusion hoax, burying stories that would have hurt biden in the campaign such as the laptop from hell and corruption involving hunter, the Sandmann accusations, the (lack of) coverage of the Rittenhouse trial which would have shown the public the truth of what happened, the (lack of) coverage of the rioting, looting and murders by antifa last summer, etc., etc., and promised to do a better and fairer job of reporting the straight news than the previous owner, then maybe I'd have hope. But I'm not holding my breath.
Oh, and also telling the public that they were WRONG on all of it .. and why. That would help, too.

You are probably right!
I would rather they proved me wrong, though.
I think they cry in their kool-aid and weed.
