We actually provide mental health care for those who can't afford it. We use to provide it automatically to those who need it but Dems decided the mentally ill was capable of making those decisions for themselves. Hence, we have people on the streets who scream and throw hissy fits if they don't get what they want. Maybe a 51/50 would have helped with the screamer!

Absolutely!! And dance, sing, parade naked, lay in the street or on the sidewalk or dress in a way not suitable for general viewing (or at least PG), because they are mentally ill, on drugs, LGBTQ, or some combination of same😳😳😳
