It is good that the school situation in Loudoun County, Virginia has focused national attention on what school boards have been mandating our children learn. But, the most fundamental question will not be addressed because Republicans do not have the cojones to bring it up; namely, what is government doing in education in the first place.
Take home lesson – whatever government touches becomes political. It’s like night following day. There will be political pressure placed on education. Education is too important to be left to government and the whims of politics.

This dates back to that dim wit Carter. That dept of education was one of the worst departments ever thought up. The dept of ed has done nothing to help education but a lot to destroy ed.

Right! Schools should be run by non-college educated parents who think too much education will turn their kids into liberals.
Why should the government control schools when the tax money from parents, grandparents and great grandparents pay for schools. They’re making an effort to turn our children into socialist spies. Nazism and Marxism! No evidence that there were violent threats toward school boards or Garland would have been able to testify to the number.

Not necessarily, although many of those ignorant parents wouldn’t teach hatred for one another. Too much education at some universities does turn our kids into liberals and many parents are paying thousands out of pocket to educate their children in these universities. They are t all on government loans.

It would be a lot better than schools run by people like the Loudown County School Board who indoctrinate students with liberal hate.

If they teach the CRT and to hate others based on skin color, the parents are right. But your gay and I wouldn't expect anything different from you. You already disagree and fight against God and have for a long time. So of course you think you're smarter than God. And He's a fairy tale. Good luck with that. You'll need it.

Useless. never educated a single soul. Just sucked money out of the treasury for what should be a local issue.

Whatever system kemmer was in it needs to be flushed with the other waste.
