The mRNA vaccines are 90% effective two weeks after the second dose, and then immunity wanes. I can't remember the exact figures, but it's effectiveness around 70% or more after 6 months. If you are infected your chances of dying are near zero, and your chances of hospitalization are in the order of ten times less. Most vaccines are around 70% effective or less.

Healthy unvaccinated people...have you any statistics on their recovery and survival rate?
