I've read many articles about Pres. Obama's violations of the Constitution, but I have never read anything from any Congressman or Senator addressing the issue, why is that? In his latest speech to the college students, he said the scandals are "phony" and yet again no politician had enough "guts" to refute that Obama claim. Can we presume then that all politicians are in collusion to ignore the Constitution? This gives us voters something to serously think about in coming elections. We should investigate the candidate and not just vote for party-line. Independents might not have the money to win elections, but if they are honest why not vote for them?

Of course you will hear little from Congressmen at this time, the elections are just around the corner. Keep in mind that these people are career politicians, they are not qualified for any other job and they want to hold on to the job they have. With the restructuring of states districts for voting, under the guise of Civil Rights, it will be difficult for anyone other than Democrats to win any elections. You see, with the restructuring, minority votes which is typically Democrat will out number Republican, Tea Party, and Independent votes 10 to 1. And when you count the "dead" (yes those that are really gone, passed away, died, who voted for Obama in the last election.....over a million of the dead) Democrats will once again rule the White House.

Obama's oft-repeated stupidity about "...phony scandals" is a last-ditch and somewhat desperate attempt to sideline discussion of the scandals to improve his position in the coming struggle over (what else?) MONEY for his favorite projects. In fact, his efforts to label all the scandals as bogus would be ludicrous...if the MSM weren't singing the same tune, in lockstep with the Liar-in-Chief.

You are right, but 15 months is not a lot of time and people have long memories. Obama is trying hard to minimize the scandals and he does want a larger budget for his pet projects. Those projects are for promoting the black race and he will want to increase taxes on the white middle class.

I would disagree with your phrase, "people have long memories." If they had any memory or thought process at all, many sitting in Washington would be LONG GONE!

The problem lies in the fact that the RINO Establishment offers no real alternative to the Dems, other than some milquetoast "Liberal Lite." These Establishment types have no interest in anything except maintaining their privileged position, and voters vote for the choice of the RINOs because they fear the Dem is even worse.

The one above was a "White House" submitted birth certificate that is a computer manufactured fraud. The Democrat party has now filed a another Obama alleged birth certificate. And, an Amicus third party friend of the court physically went to the Coastal Memorial Hospital in Mamboba (sp) Kenya and personally obtained a certified copy of the live birth certificate of Obama and filed it with the Alabama Supreme Court along with his affidavit of his obtaining same personally. The court will now probably be delayed in taking testimony on the two new birth certificates. Opinion here.

Any normally elected president that gets thrown out of office, just, doesnt finish his term, but, every piece of legislation that he signed prior to that, is still the law of the land, because, he was duly elected and he was legitimate, at the time of his signing.

Obama is not eligible to be president. That means that none of his signatures or any of his orders have any legitimacy. Once it's established that he is a fraud everything he has done, gets undone.
