Here’s a plan:

We already have most of the citizens financially supported by the government. Those people will vote for the party which “feeds them”. Why not import more people to be dependent upon the the government? It all “looks” like a democracy, but it’s really communism. Everybody is in favor (woke) to the new, progressive ideas.

Tax everybody who earns and distribute the wealth to everybody who doesn’t (income equality). The incentive to work is reduced to the point where the government must take over the means of production in order to keep the whole system afloat.

Thus, the dream of the “transformation of America” is complete.
