I complained ( to see what would happen)...and nothing happened at all. So, I called somebody an idiot and got deleted. Tell me why his idiot was OK and my idiot was not? I'm not a liberal or a snowflake. Maybe we both see it lopsided.

A LOT of posts were deleted from this thread but remain copied in the quote replies. Perhaps the practice of removing entire threads has been lately newly developed from this consideration.
The only way I can figure it out is that there must be some time limited "mulligans." For example one violation for language gets warning, two or three within a week or so's time may get a stronger warning, more than that in a short period of time may get a suspension. However it seems like after a while it all goes off your record and you might start over with a little slack.
Also I think that the reporting is not consistent, a lot gets by without ever being reported in the first place.
