I am getting so fed up with Democrats rigging the vote that we all Must urge our state Legislators to enact the death penalty.
Apparently that is the ‘only deterrent’ harsh enough to stop this malicious behavior. News has just come in California voters are being’turned away’ from casting their ballots. They are being told “ you have already voted.”
This abhorrent behavior is an attack on our whole country. It is an attack against the voice of the Green Party, the Libertarian party and the Republican Party.
Enough is enough. The National Guard needs to be enforcing Fair elections.

There is no way Newsom will lose. First, he is liberal Democrat in a very liberal Democrat state. That is all that matters to the people, no matter how horrible a governor he is. Second, there's no end to Democrats' ability to cheat.

If the Dems are not the minority, why would they need to Cheat.
I realize how dim your “Republican “ future has gotten lately. Forcing people to vote for you will not result in cheering crowds applauding the Republican Party when it wins an election, but quite the opppsite.
This is a Democratic Country.
This means you have a say in how the country runs. If you should manage to flip this country into a Nazi fascist oligarchy you will Lose any say you have today in government, along with your rights.

Absolutely ! A criminal is a criminal, no matter what their party. 20 years means possible parole. Possible pardons. Death is the best option. But …. At this point, start off with 20 years. I’m flexible.

What will you bet that these are people that mailed in a vote but try to vote in person just to make sure? Then they are all butt hurt that they get caught?

And it will be very easy to check the ballot they turned in, and (gasp) they voted for a recall and Elder...no harm no foul

We are seeing several cases of republicans cheating, but for some reason they don't take it as seriously as black people voting once when they are a felon, the one guy cast votes for two dead relatives, should he be in prison for five years? I think he should because he knew what he was doing was illegal.

A Florida politician openly advocated for people to illegally register to vote in Georgia using his relative's address, and then he actually did just that...yes he should go to jail for at least five years because he tried to get others to do it as well.

You forgot that there are twice as many registered dems as republicans...it's pretty hard to beat that if you get out the vote, and the threat of turning Covid efforts to full on DeSantis or Abbot level moronity is enough to do that quite well.

Should those who make false claims do 20 years? It's election fraud to fraudulently claim that there was fraud, so why not prosecute this to the hilt, claiming there was fraud might be worse than fraud that can be proved because of the damage it does to faith in elections.

If someone casts a vote that they mail in, then they try to vote in person "to make sure", should they go to prison of they claim they didn't vote and were denied a chance because they already had? I think it should have enough of a penalty to make it costly to do it. How about a $1000 fine?

If the vote is real, which I fought because of the mail in ballots to everyone citizen or not, then yes he will be gone! Not just republicans that despise him!!
