Want descendants of slave holders to be compensated for freeing their legally owned property.

It's okay, they mailed in a ballot then voted in person to "make sure", it will turn out that their vote is correctly cast, they just "forgot" and wanted to make sure...but hey, makes a good story about massive fraud.
