When does the Executive Branch have the POWER to issue unconstitutional MANDATES to its citizens and public/private companies through another government agency(OSHA) that has no authority in the commitment of compliance? Biden is running roughshod over the States again, with his dictatorial decrees. Only Congress can make the laws-not Biden, and not OSHA.
