The incidences of rape and incest are woefully under reported for many reasons. Also under investigated, under represented and under convicted.
Legal claims cannot be substantiated without a legal conviction. Both rape and incest are crimes and with children, "the fox is often guarding the hen house" in those situations, so legal or outside involvement is discouraged.

That was not the sole assertion made by Cuda in the post replied to. It is not entirely clear which proposition Emily wanted to refute. It seems this was just another childish attempt at attention seeking or diverting the thread from its topic.
Could it be the points made and information gathered here have been such a threateningly strong argument? Convincing enough to elicit such a mega crazy, all holds barred accusation in response!?!
