You seem to think that the constitution, written long ago will cover all the things today. It doesn't and you know that. Haven't there been changes to the constitution? You know there have like the one that have woman the right to vote (19th). The 13th it's another important one (abolishing slavery). The founding fathers couldn't foresee everything (although they did a good job). If you want a nice coat, go buy one. If you can't afford it, there's probably some organization (Salvation Army?) that can probably provide one free of charge.
